This 1/2 ounce bottle of ceremonial, anointing, and personal power oil is another very old recipe with a rich, sweet, almost amber-like fragrance. It is created with oils and herbs such as myrrh and bay, plus iron filings, steel wool, and the luxurious hair from one of my favorite cats, Salem. That's him in the photo. Don't worry, Salem doesn't mind. I never clip his hair to make Black Cat oil. I only use what he gives me when I pet him. 
 
Black Cat oil is extremely versatile. It's traditionally used for a number of things, including serious attraction to hex and jinx removing. 
 
Use it to anoint a black or red candle, anoint your front door and windows, anoint your hands and tools (such as your athame or wand), or add it to incense. When used for attraction, start at the bottom of the candle and swipe the oil up the sides to the top. When used for jinx or hex removing, start at the top of the candle and swipe down toward the bottom. Use caution if you decide to add it to a bath. I use very strong essential oils, which can irritate sensitive skin. Plus, the iron filings and steel wool are not the best additives to your bathwater. If used in a bath, only use a tiny amount and strain it first to remove the pieces.
