This blend contains herbs and essential oils such as vervain, mint, narcissus, rose, a pinch of hand-ground High John root, and others that correspond with quick aid in difficult situations. 
 
Use it to anoint a yellow, pink or white candle, add a few drops to a ritual bath, rub some onto the palms of your hands, blend some with incense, wear it as a personal fragrance, or use it in an oil warmer. 
 
It can generally be used safely on the skin in small amounts, but please use caution and test a tiny amount before you use it as a personal anointing oil. You can dilute it in pure grape seed oil if it's too strong.
