The Watcher of the South is a spiritual being how has been associated with magic since time began. The Watcher of the South's home is found among the star Regulus, located in the constellation Leo which makes him a part of the Astral Realm. The Watcher of the South's role is to be a judge and dispenser of penalties. When we say Karma is a bitch, this is the watcher that hands it out. He acts as judge and jury. So be careful when working some dark magic or if your involved in a neg situation, he'll be watching.
